A partir do momento que o importante é o resultado, fatores como qualidade, desempenho e um jogo elaborado, ficam em segundo plano. Porque o que vale é ganhar. Não importa como…
Esse início de temporada tem escancarado falsas verdades absolutas. Eu juro que não consigo analisar o trabalho de um treinador e nem detectar o grau de evolução de um time assistindo apenas quatro ou cinco jogos. E veja, estudo tática como um leão…mas sinceramente talvez me falte a habilidade de cravar que uma equipe está fadada ou ao sucesso ou ao fracasso acompanhando alguns minutos dela, sendo que no atual momento do ano os técnicos estão completando um mês de trabalho (!) (e não de jogos)!!!
Como já apontar que Fernando Diniz não vai conseguir fazer o ataque do São Paulo funcionar em 2020? Ou que Vanderlei Luxemburgo não terá condições de fazer o elenco palmeirense aliar eficácia com solidez? Ou ainda já detonar o português Jesualdo Ferreira por não conseguir criar em um mês um jogo ‘intenso’ que Sampaoli demorou um ano para apresentar? Talvez o caso mais emblemático do futebol paulista seja o de Tiago Nunes no Corinthians: ele veio para romper com uma ideia de jogo, mas tem decisões pela Libertadores logo no início do trabalho. Mas mesmo se o Corinthians for eliminado pelo Club Guarani, do Paraguai, não acharei coerente tirar conclusões sobre o patamar da equipe.
Minha intenção não é ficar em cima do muro, pedindo tempo e paciência para você, torcedor. Quero apenas traçar uma linha de pensamento que acredita que o bom desempenho é consequência de um processo gradual de construção técnica, tática, física e mental de um time. Comportamentos com e sem a bola, relações e sinergias entre os setores da equipe e os próprios atletas dentro e fora de campo, além de uma mentalidade vencedora não brotam da noite para o dia. A cultura imediatista, do resultado pra ontem, desfavorece projetos pautados na complexidade, na visão sistêmica que dita que um todo (time) campeão vai muito além da soma de partes igualmente campeãs. Sei que o futebol é um jogo, uma competição, e que tudo deve ser feito pautado em ganhar. A minha crítica é a “como” ganhar. Para mim, importa como, sim. E desculpe minha falha, mas não consigo enxergar processo nem vitorioso e nem perdedor com apenas alguns dias de temporada.
