Com grande alegria e senso de responsabilidade, inicio aqui minha contribuição com a Universidade do Futebol — espaço que há anos me inspira e agora me acolhe como autor convidado.

Este é o primeiro de uma série de artigos que pretendo desenvolver com profundidade e propósito. Meu objetivo é olhar para a supervisão no futebol de base sob uma perspectiva mais ampla, que vá além da logística e da operação do jogo. Mais do que relatar rotinas operacionais ou desafios logísticos — que, claro, fazem parte da função —, o que me move é o desejo de tratar a supervisão sob uma ótica educacional, relacional e formativa, centrada na formação integral de crianças e jovens atletas. Quero propor reflexões sobre o papel do supervisor como educador, articulador de vínculos e agente de formação integral.

Supervisionar, para mim, é muito mais do que coordenar escalas, organizar viagens ou representar o clube em jogos. É cuidar de vínculos, criar segurança emocional, garantir coerência institucional e contribuir, com escuta e sensibilidade, para a formação de jovens em desenvolvimento. É entender que, antes de serem atletas, são pessoas — com histórias, sonhos e vulnerabilidades.

Minha trajetória é multifacetada: transita entre o Direito, a Educação Física e a Gestão. Sou graduado nas duas primeiras áreas, advogado, professor, e atualmente curso o MBA Executivo em Liderança e Gestão pela USP/ESALQ. Tenho especializações em Direito Constitucional, Direito Administrativo e recentemente iniciei uma pós-graduação em Advocacia Desportiva. Busquei, ao longo dos anos, complementar essa base com cursos promovidos por instituições como a Universidade do Futebol, CBF Academy, FPF Academia, FGV, CONMEBOL e o Comitê Olímpico Brasileiro, nas áreas de gestão, análise de desempenho, coordenação metodológica, pedagogia e logística esportiva.

Destaco aqui, com carinho especial, o curso Princípios para Ensinar Bem o Futebol, da Universidade do Futebol, que foi para mim uma verdadeira virada de chave — abriu caminhos para uma compreensão mais profunda do futebol como ferramenta de formação humana e transformação social.

Atuo como Supervisor de Futebol de Base no São Paulo FC, com responsabilidades que envolvem organização de treinos, jogos e viagens nacionais e internacionais, registro e credenciamento de atletas, representação institucional, análise de regulamentos, controle de minutagem e comunicação com atletas e famílias. Mais do que tarefas técnicas, enxergo nessas funções uma oportunidade de educar, mediar e fortalecer a identidade do clube.

Minha experiência como professor de Educação Física e auxiliar técnico nas categorias sub-09 a sub-14 me ensinou a lidar com as infâncias e juventudes no campo, na quadra, no vestiário e fora deles. Acredito que a supervisão deve garantir que o ambiente formativo seja ético, seguro, empático e inspirador.

Neste contexto, enxergo que a função do supervisor transcende a logística, sendo também educador, mediador e referência institucional.

Meu compromisso com esta série de artigos é justamente esse: contribuir com o debate, provocar reflexões e compartilhar práticas que têm colaborado para um futebol de base mais humano, mais pedagógico e mais coerente com sua missão social.
