Desenvolver no futebol é ampliar a capacidade de conexão com a bola, com o jogo, com o outro e com a vida de quem joga.

Futebol, assim como a VIDA é um jogo de CONEXÔES. Essa ideia ficou ainda mais clara para mim em uma conversa com meu filho sobre a escola e o modo de superar o desafio das avalições. Ele é goleiro, Sub- 14, e gosta muito do que faz. Raramente comento algo sobre partidas ou treinos; deixo que ele fique à vontade e me procure quando quiser dialogar sobre o tema.

Falei a ele:

“Para ir bem em uma disciplina na escola ou nas avaliações, você precisa criar vantagem numérica. Chame o estudo para jogar ao seu lado. Traga a atenção nas aulas para te ajudar nas avaliações. É diferente de ficar apenas você contra o conteúdo, contra a prova, contra o tempo, enfim.”

Conectando com a nossa área, somos professores ou agentes socializadores preparados para interagir com essas teorias e para trazer vantagens numéricas de recursos, de opiniões sobre os nossos afazeres?

O cenário e o contexto do futebol atual nos mostram pouca capacidade dessas relações. A repetição, as replicações e a dificuldade de criar conexões enfraquecem o ambiente de formação. Desde as relações dentro de uma comissão técnica até as conexões entre os próprios jogadores, vemos um jogo diferente, que sequer podemos comparar com outros tempos e não avaliar se é bom ou ruim, pois entraríamos em uma outra discussão.

Talvez desenvolver seja exatamente isso: ampliar conexões e sustentar
relações que potencializam o jogo. No campo ou na vida, criar vantagem numérica é chamar o outro para jogar junto, é aproximar. Quando reduzimos as relações, empobrecemos os vínculos e o jogo também se empobrece nas diversas situações.

No fim, não se trata de ações isoladas, mas de redes que se constroem e se conectam em múltiplas possibilidades. O futebol, em todos os seus níveis, é sobretudo educacional. Desenvolver no futebol não é formar jogadores mais fortes, mais rápidos ou mais técnicos, mas pessoas mais conectadas ao jogo, ao outro e a si mesmas, porque o jogo que realmente importa é o das relações.
