Recentemente, o excelente texto do meu amigo Rafael Castellani, intitulado “Quem vai construir as pontes capazes de humanizar e transformar o futebol e a sociedade?”, trouxe à tona uma reflexão profunda que ressoa diretamente com a minha jornada e propósito no futebol. Essa provocação me leva a um recorte específico, mas de extrema importância: o papel do coordenador técnico de categorias de base, seja em clubes ou outras instituições esportivas, como um verdadeiro nexialista.
Minha trajetória, que iniciou nas quadras de futsal e se aprofundou na universidade pública, sempre foi pautada pela crença de que o futebol é muito mais do que um jogo. É uma ferramenta poderosa de transformação social e humana. Como mencionei em meu artigo “O Florescer da Infância no Futebol: Um Chamado à Formação Integral”, defendo a formação integral de atletas e cidadãos(ãs), onde o desenvolvimento humano e social caminha lado a lado com o aprimoramento técnico. Não podemos permitir que o futebol se torne um palco de exploração precoce, onde a criança e adolescente seja visto apenas como um ativo a ser lapidado.
O Nexialista no Futebol de Base: Um Construtor de Conexões
O termo nexialista descreve um profissional com uma visão ampla e integrada do conhecimento, capaz de conectar diferentes áreas do saber. No contexto do futebol de base, essa habilidade é fundamental. O coordenador técnico nexialista é aquele que não se limita a uma única dimensão do desenvolvimento do(a) atleta. Ele compreende que o sucesso em campo está intrinsecamente ligado ao bem-estar psicológico, social, educacional e familiar do(a) jovem.
A Essência do Nexialismo: Da Ficção à Realidade Contemporânea
A palavra “nexialismo” tem suas raízes na ficção científica, cunhada por A.E. van Vogt em sua obra de 1950, The Voyage of the Space Beagle. Na trama, o Dr. Elliott Grosvenor era o único membro da tripulação capaz de integrar diversas especialidades científicas para resolver dilemas complexos que os demais, isolados em seus campos de atuação, não conseguiam compreender.
