O tempo em que o futebol era definido somente pelo talento individual passou faz muitos anos.
Basta olharmos para trás para ver muitos jogos considerados “fáceis” que acabaram por dar “zebra” – que na verdade não é o animal em si, e sim um estudo complexo do jogar futebol.
Toda equipe de futebol pode ser ofensiva, se for bem treinada. Tudo o que acontece dentro de campo não pode ser obra do destino, tem que ser trabalhado exaustivamente. Daí surge o modelo de jogo.
O que é o modelo de jogo?
O nome já se explica, mas damos uma força: o modelo de jogo nada mais é do que treinar exatamente o que vai fazer no dia do jogo, como a equipe vai se comportar nos diferentes momentos da partida. Planejamento é tudo, meu amigo.
“Se você quiser derrubar uma árvore na metade do tempo, passe o dobro do tempo amolando o machado.” – Provérbio chinês
“Mas que diabos é esse tal de modelo de jogo?”, alguém pode perguntar.
Nada mais é do que “como” a sua equipe vai jogar. Troca de passes estilo Barcelona? Ou lançamentos longos para a frente no estilo do time da minha rua? Marcação pressão no homem da bola ou marcação a partir do meio de campo? Com qual esquema vou jogar: 4-4-2, 3-5-2, 4-3-3 ou 6-4-0?
Enfim, ao responder a essas perguntas, você já está criando um modelo de jogo para seu time. Afinal de contas, todo brasileiro é técnico de futebol. Sempre temos nosso time ideal em mente.
Características do jogo de futebol: os 4 momentos da partida
Você sabia também que uma partida de futebol se divide em quatro momentos? São eles:
1. Organização ofensiva
A organização ofensiva ocorre quando o time está com a posse da bola. Refere-se à maneira com que a equipe vai atacar, a movimentação dos jogadores, o estilo de passe que será dado nesse momento, o tipo de finalização etc.
2. Transição defensiva
É quando se perde a bola. Não fomos eficientes no ataque e a defesa adversária a roubou.
O que fazer? Quem marcar? Ou seja, essa transição defensiva é um momento rápido de reação do time que estava com a bola.
Perdemos a bola? Então, vamos pressionar o homem da bola o mais rápido possível para não deixá-lo virar o jogo. Esse foi um exemplo.
3. Organização defensiva
Não deu certo a nossa pressão. Não roubamos a bola rapidamente. Eles estão trocando passes e vindo pra cima da gente. O que vamos fazer? Como vamos marcar? Essa é a organização defensiva – a maneira como nosso time vai se posicionar para marcar o adversário enquanto ele estiver com a bola.
Todos atrás da linha da bola? Manter o esquema tático? Duas linhas de quatro? Enfim, isso vai de cada técnico.
4. Transição ofensiva
Roubamos a bola! É agora! Vamos pra cima! Nosso zagueiro roubou a bola e agora vamos atacar. Também é um momento rápido para nos organizarmos ofensivamente. Roubamos a bola, e agora? Pra onde ela vai? E assim começa a transição ofensiva no futebol.
Repararam o que é um ciclo? Todo jogo é assim. Momentos. As equipes treinam como vão atuar dentro desses quatro momentos. Isso é modelo de jogo.
